Reviews and Ratings
My stay at the hotel was fantastic. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the staff went above and beyond to ensure a pleasant experience. The location was perfect, away from the hustle of Honolulu but still close enough to visit easily. The dining options, although slightly pricey, were of excellent quality. The facilities were top-notch, providing all I needed for a relaxing stay.
I stayed at the hotel and loved the beautiful rooms and friendly service, but the noise at night was a downside. The location was amazing for a Hawaiian vacation, but it can get a bit noisy being close to Disneyland. The dining experience was generous but can be crowded at times.
Our stay was simply wonderful. The hotel was stunning with incredibly clean rooms, although we had to wait a little for ours. The service was beyond attentive and friendly, making us feel truly welcomed. The location, while beautiful and surrounded by a lagoon, was a bit far from the main attractions. Dining was a highlight with delicious meals, although a bit on the expensive side.
My stay at the hotel was delightful! The rooms were spacious with a stunning view of the lagoon below, a beautiful large balcony overlooking the oceans and mountains, and the comfiest bed I have EVER slept in. The amazing bathroom facilities and amenities were top-notch, plus there were several pools and 2 beaches with complimentary snorkels and paddle boards. However, there was some exposure of the room and balcony to others in opposing towers, which wasn't ideal.
I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The rooms were extremely comfortable and well-appointed without being over-the-top luxury, and I enjoyed the great view of the ocean from my large balcony where I would have breakfast every morning. The service was top-notch, with helpful and accommodating staff making my experience truly magical. The location was perfect; away from Honolulu but close enough to visit, offering all the splendor and paradise of Hawaii without the hassle of Waikiki. The dining was sumptuous and tasty, providing plenty of variety and first-class dishes. Overall, a fantastic experience with a few minor drawbacks.
The hotel offers gorgeous, modern rooms with stunning views and comfortable spaces. The service was professional and helpful but lacking warmth in some instances. The location is in a more refined area, quieter than Waikiki, although chair availability and occasional communication issues were noted. Dining was exceptional with a variety of high-quality options, albeit slightly pricey. Overall, a luxurious stay with superb amenities but with some areas needing improvement.
